Because our modular buildings are engineered to high specifications and have been rigorously maintained during their previous use in a catering environment, we are able to guarantee that they are fit for purpose and are provided in a good condition.

All our buildings are modular by nature and designed and built specifically for the catering sector.

Our modular buildings are comprised of frame-based units. The design life of the external envelope and internal finishes is between 25 and 60 years. The system, whilst being robust, is easy to transport and position on site.

All buildings are commissioned to client satisfaction, prior to occupation. We also provide technical support and maintenance, ensuring that the facility operates, as it should throughout the hire period.
